Contemporary Refurbished Grade A Offices Available in the World-Renowned Soho Square

This attractive building, once known as Aquila House, is located in the south west corner of the square, with fully refurbished office floors providing views across Soho Square.

33 Soho Square is arranged over lower ground to sixth floors and is home to the UK’s largest online property portal, Rightmove, who have recently acquired an additional 11,000 sq ft in the building.

Soho Square Studios occupy the part ground and lower floors and provide award winning sound design and audio post production services to a range of clientele.

This prestigious square was originally named King Square, after Charles II whose statue still stands on the north side, in front of the prominent Tudor style hut which, in fact, only dates back to 1925 and during the second-world war, was used as a bomb shelter.

Soho Square is now home to many media companies such as 20th Century Fox, Dolby Europe, Paul McCartney’s MPL Communications, Tiger Aspect Productions and the British Board of Film Classification.

This part of Soho is also particularly well known for its remarkable eateries, where newcomers such as Temper, Kricket and the recently revamped Kettners restaurant, add to the Soho staples such as Quo Vadis, Polpetto, Dean Street Townhouse and Duck & Rice.

The first and second floors have been comprehensively refurbished to provide open plan office space featuring partially exposed services, LED lighting and raised floors. The new self-contained WCs benefit from stylish Dyson Airblade Taps and there are new showers, changing facilities and bike racks on the lower ground floor.

The reception has also been tastefully remodelled and features a herringbone floor, porcelain tiled desk, timber, metallic and marble finishes throughout.
