Badoo find their perfect London penthouse.

Monmouth Dean has acquired the top floor of Medius, 2 Shearton Street, considered by many to be the best building in Soho, on behalf of social networking company Badoo.

The prestigious 7,400 sq ft top floor was added to the former British Library building on Wardour Street in 1999 and has high ceilings, wooden floors and stunning views across Soho.

Paul Dart, partner of Monmouth Dean, commented "Badoo wanted something really special. We undertook an extensive search throughout Soho and Covent Garden, but the ideal floor remained elusive. However, with our local knowledge, we were aware that the existing tenant for the most amazing floor in Medius might consider relocating. We made contact with them and were able to persuade them to move, enabling Badoo to secure the office they now love”.
