A swift letting in Fitzrovia

Our clients, Lothbury IM have created some stylish workspace at Tudor House, 35 Gresse Street, Fitzrovia, W1.   The self-contained office building of 4,992 sq ft offers a boutique working environment with new air conditioning, new dedicated bicycle storage, new WCs and shower facilities.   This has resulted in a swift letting of the building to the Fintech company, Wagestream who paid £77.00 per sq ft.
